Agreement to Terms

By using GomadTaxi services (operated by ELM SOCIÉTÉ), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

GomadTaxi provides professional taxi and transportation services throughout Belgium, including:

  • City transportation services
  • Airport transfers
  • Special event transportation
  • Medical appointment transport
  • Corporate transportation services
  • 24/7 availability for urgent requests

Booking and Payment

Reservations

  • Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or our website
  • We recommend booking in advance for airport transfers
  • Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before scheduled pickup
  • No-show charges may apply for missed appointments

Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are based on distance, time, and service type
  • Payment accepted in cash, card, or electronic transfer
  • Airport transfers are quoted individually
  • Waiting time charges apply after 5 minutes
  • All prices include applicable taxes

User Responsibilities

Provide accurate pickup and destination information
Be ready at the designated pickup time and location
Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
Follow all safety instructions from the driver
Pay for services as agreed upon booking
Report any issues or complaints promptly

Liability and Insurance

GomadTaxi maintains comprehensive commercial insurance coverage. Our liability is limited to:

  • Direct damages covered by our insurance policy
  • Refund of service fees for service failures
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Passengers are advised to maintain personal insurance
  • Lost or damaged personal items are not covered

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 1 hour before scheduled pickup
  • Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee
  • No-show charges equal to the minimum fare
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Weather-related cancellations handled case-by-case

Prohibited Uses

The following are strictly prohibited when using our services:

  • Illegal activities or transportation of illegal substances
  • Smoking in vehicles
  • Intoxicated or disruptive behavior
  • Damage to vehicles or equipment
  • Harassment of drivers or staff
  • Providing false information for bookings

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved according to Belgian law. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before pursuing legal action. Mediation services are available through Belgian consumer protection agencies.
